We currently ship only within Australia

Where do you ship from?

Locations vary as we ship direct to you from our closest production partners to ensure the fastest, most eco conscious and efficient delivery.  

What are your shipping rates?

We use flat rate standard shipping to reduce costs to you as a customer.  These rates are based on the order amount, with FREE SHIPPING on orders over $200 AUD.

Orders  $0 to $99.99- Flat rate $15 AUD

Orders  $100 to $199.99- Flat rate $25 AUD

Orders  $200 and over- FREE SHIPPING

Only standard shipping is available at this time.

Expected delivery times

Estimated delivery times typically fall within 2 weeks of purchase.  If you haven't received your product within 4 weeks of purchase, please contact us at facetcreative@outlook.com to investigate this further.

These times may be impacted by holidays. To ensure delivery before Christmas 2024 please place your orders as early as possible & note the cut-off date of 10th Dec 2024.
