Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements
As our products are printed to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to customer error or change of mind. Please choose your items carefully and use the provided product information to inform your selection.
We do however offer replacement in the instance of damaged or defective products. We have a 14-day replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
Quality Guarantee
Printing is a chemical process and 100% consistency cannot be achieved. Multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result, including:

Machine settings

Paper types
-
Humidity in the room

When the machine was last cleaned
Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will need to provide images of the product in question and your receipt or proof of purchase, to be assessed for replacement eligibility.
We will notify you once we’ve assessed your claim, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement product. Please remember it can take some time to produce and post this replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns, exchanges or replacements on digital products or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
